Kennedy Boateng targeted by Steaua Bucharest

Steaua Bucharest (FCSB) is gearing up for next season’s reinforcements, and Kennedy Boateng is high on their wishlist. The Togolese centre-back, currently with FC Dinamo, has caught the eye of the Romanian giants.

FCSB, searching for defensive stability to fuel their title ambitions, sees Boateng as a complete package available at a reasonable price. This was confirmed by his agent Tony Appiah in an interview with ProSport:

Under contract until June 2026, Kennedy Boateng has been one of Dinamo’s defensive pillars this season. Solid and experienced, the 28-year-old has also contributed offensively, netting 2 goals and providing 2 assists in 30 appearances. Whether the two clubs can reach an agreement remains to be seen.
