Radim Zohorna signs with Färjestad BK.

The 29-year-old forward has agreed to a two-year contract with the SHL team. He will thus stay with them until the end of the 2026-27 season.

HC Lugano announced in March that Radim Zohorna would no longer be part of their roster. The forward, who appeared in nine goals and 13 assists in 39 regular-season games, has found a new home in Sweden and thus leaves Switzerland after only one season.

According to team manager Rickard Wallin, Färjestad BK has been watching him for a while: “Radim Zahorna is a player we have been watching for a number of years and who we have liked very much. When he returned to Europe last year, we talked a lot […]. We have been keeping an eye on him with the hope that if he becomes available, we want to be involved, and now the pieces have fallen into place.”
